Ok my other half just purchased an ST will get him to post on the forum later. But it has a baileys dump valve on it. I've told him to get it off. What do you need if removing it to replace it. Do I need a blacking plug for the pipe where I remove the dump valve and what happens to the thin pipe...

It's fairly easy u may loose abit of skin :laughing: take the headlight out and I undid the undertray aswell and if your car has aircon there isn't much room and them Ford clips r a right pain to get off but looks very tidy when done

Asked a mate of mine and he said it sounds like waste valve not seating or boost pipe leak. Sounds like it`s not building pressure properly and should be an easy fix.

Help!! Just got home from work, let the turbo cool for a couple minutes, switched the car off and the coolant has poured out all over the floor!? It was bubbling like mad in the expansion tank! I turned the car back on and the pressure dropped (stopped bubbling in the tank) turned the car back off...

The cap shouldn't work its way loose! If it has then you probably need a new cap. A loose cap would cause it to overflow as it's not holding the pressure. Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk

Got a 2007 Focus St towed in the workshop today, it was diagnosed as dual mass flywheel broken up, stripped it down and there was nothing wrong with the dual mass, done a few more checks and found the problem the crankshaft has cracked / broken up (2 pieces now) anyone else heard of this one??????

Cheers everyone, main reason i asked was my friends RS, and i emphasis RS because i know its not an ST, ran like a badgers a***hole when he fitted a larger downpipe before it was mapped, and noticed on the Milltek website it say "you will require a stage two map when fitting a larger downpipe"...

Removed my dump valve and symposer as this reduces the risk of air leaks on that side. I have also orded the sfs hoses without the take off pipe so it will no longer need to be blanked off. Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk 4 Beta

Heard there is a spacer on the marketvthat stops the engine management light coming on when running a decat can anyone point me in the right direction where to purchase one please. Many thanks.

Rich. An eliminator can be found on eBay for around 20 quid. You're best off buying the angled one, as the straight ones cause a bit of a problem when re-fitting the lambda. Many places can sort you out a map which stops the eml light from showing. To my knowledge, the Collins cp maks are...
